Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Dayward mobile application and related services. By using Dayward, you agree to these terms.
Using Dayward
You agree to use Dayward lawfully, provide accurate account information, and protect your login credentials. You must not disrupt the service, bypass restrictions, manipulate rewards, cheat, reverse engineer protected components, or attempt to access another user’s data.
Your content and account
You retain responsibility for information you enter or upload. You grant Dayward the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display that information solely to operate the service. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Virtual items and purchases
Coins, EXP, outfits, backgrounds, affection, and other virtual items are licensed for use only within Dayward, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside the service. Premium and other payments are processed by the relevant app store. Refunds and purchase restoration are governed by that store’s policies and applicable law.
Premium-exclusive appearances require active Premium to equip. After a confirmed refund and revocation, affected outfits or backgrounds revert to their defaults and their bonuses stop. Purchase records are retained; after regaining Premium, previously purchased appearances do not require another coin payment. Ordinary items and previously earned legitimate gameplay coins and EXP are not taken back merely because Premium was refunded.
A confirmed refund of a coin purchase reclaims only the corresponding coin amount, including held purchase credit, once per refunded quantity. If the available balance is insufficient, the shortfall is an in-game coin deficit offset by future coin credits, including purchased coins. Previously bought virtual items are not also confiscated for the same coin refund. This deficit is not a cash debt, and no top-up is required. You may contact support@daywardapp.com with your order number to request review. These rules do not limit statutory refund rights, promise refund approval, or treat a pending request or network failure as an approved refund.
Premium 专属外观需有效 Premium 才能装备。退款并撤销确认后，受影响的服饰或背景恢复初始外观并停止加成；购买记录保留，重新获得 Premium 后无需再次支付外观金币。普通物品以及此前正常游玩获得的金币和经验不会仅因 Premium 退款而被追回。金币订单退款确认后仅扣回对应金币（含待入账金币），同一退款数量不重复扣除；不足部分记为游戏内金币欠额，由后续获得的金币（含购买金币）先抵扣，不同时没收已购商品。欠额不是现金债务，无需充值。可凭订单编号联系 support@daywardapp.com 申请复核。退款仍适用商店政策和当地法律，并非保证批准。
Advertising and third-party services
Dayward may display advertising and use third-party services for authentication, storage, purchases, analytics, notifications, or other functionality. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Dayward available and secure, but networks, devices, maintenance, or third-party services may cause interruptions. Features, rewards, balancing, prices, and availability may change when reasonably necessary to operate, improve, or protect the service.
No professional advice
Dayward is a planning and entertainment tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Fortune and zodiac features are provided for entertainment only.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using Dayward and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dayward is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when features, laws, or security needs change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
